Thank you so much for choosing me for your hair services! I truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping you feel your best. To ensure I can provide the best experience for every client, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment time to someone else. Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled services. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may also be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise.
